My little L loves this and she thinks she’s eating real ice cream.
It is so simple to make.
Two ingredients: bananas and almond milk. That’s it!
- Cut up bananas and freeze. We used almost 3 full bananas (the babies ate some to make up the full third one)
- Half a cup of unsweetened almond milk
Once it’s frozen it is hard to scoop out so I have to work on that but as long as I keep frozen chunks I can whip this recipe up in about 3 minutes.
It might work better as a frozen yogurt but either way she feels like she is part of the dairy crew if only for a minute.
Now to try with strawberries!
