Dairy Free Hot Chocolate

We experimented for a few hours until L finally was super satisfied with the following recipe.

  • 3 Cups Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Coco Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Pure Chocolate Chips

I brought the milk to a gentle boil and added the powder and chips.

Once it all blended and melted nicely together I removed from heat and stored in glass jars.
