I don’t know how your kids are but H is about as hyper as they come ONCE she has had sugar in any form.
I believe dyes do it to her as well and while it’s a difficult process to cut back on all red dye #40 I can start at home with one of her favorites, yogurt!
I buy good ol’ vanilla, heat up some frozen fruit to get the juices going, cut it up and mix. She loves it!
