Simply Eggs

Breakfast is my favorite meal.  I love everything about it.  The eggs, fruit, mimosas; everything.

I eat eggs every single day.

This has been my  new favorite. Simple and boring maybe but packs a punch of nutrition and fills me up without the bloating.

Eggs, Frozen chopped spinach, Butter and Grape Tomatoes

  • melt butter on medium heat in skillet and add spinach, cover until spinach is no longer frozen
  • crack eggs on top and cover again
  • once eggs are white all over toss in the tomatoes and let them cook for just a minute

Wa-La!

Easy, healthy and super yummy!  The girls even grab big bites of it.
